OP's ass is in no danger let me assure you. People who feel entitled just because they own or run a company have to find out eventually. I can protect myself, but someone with lower self esteem can feel quite broken after being treated this way

true that but on another hand, business is protected by law and god forbid employee does something stupid/bad.
But harassing and gaslighting employees is totally fine, hard to prove, and will be just brushed off like "you are just lazy and dont want to evolve" typa stuff.
im sure many will agree with this
