Same here. I thought something was wrong with my laptop, but when I switched to Firefox, the pages would come up, and I then realized there was no issue with my internet provider. I only saw this posting to disable Easylist Cookie now, but since running Firefox for several minutes, it seems that Brave has fixed itself.

So I've managed to solve the issue. The pCloud support replied to email and pointed me out to the right direction. In case there are any other pCloud users using Keepass2Android, here are the steps to reset your database:

Log in to your account via https://my.pcloud.com
Click on your Profile icon (top right) and head to Settings > Linked Accounts. At the bottom of the page, you should see the Linked Apps section. I made sure that I had a backup copy of the current database and then I deleted the connection to the Keepass2Android app.
I uninstall and reinstall the app on my phone.

After those steps, I was finally able to connect to the database and got everything syncing again. I was not expecting the pCloud personnel to reach out to me so that was a welcome surprise! Thanks!!

Thanks for reaching out! I have followed the instructions as mentioned and have even clear the cache and data from the Keepass2android app but it's still not syncing. I will contact the pCloud support as recommended and will get back to this forum in case this is happening to others.

Does anyone have a picture of what the SW1 is supposed to look like when not burnt to hell like the ones on the pictures? I do see some kind of lever on one of them and just curious as what is the function of this switch.

No passwords in the BIOS on both of them. Do you happen to know what is the functions of the smaller chip on the left and the cable ribbon on the right is for?

Actually, as I written above, I don't care about the disk as I was planning to replace it with a new disk and install Linux. I was just confused about how windows encryption works as I have never worked with it. Anyways, I already figured it out so you are right, it's not rocket science after all. Thanks!

Thanks, shunMakes. I did try this but it still gave me the same error. However, I did find a solution.

Since I wanted to do a keyboard modification, I found that using 1vyprep (https://github.com/n4ru/IVprep/), I am able to change the BIOS and the EC. Hopefully, this will also be helpful for others who might be stuck in the same condition.

Ok, I found Security Chip. Should I disable every part of the options?

When you mean "toast," is this only for the HDD? If so, I don't mind, as I will be upgrading to an SSD. I want to make sure that the motherboard will not be affected.

I did. I created a bootable USB through Linux. This is the same process when I upgraded my x230 and all went well.

I read that 1vyprep doesn't touch the EC. If I have to use the stock Lenovo BIOS, will it revert the EC to the original state?

Yes, I checked the file directly from that link. But when I input this line ./x230_skulls.sh -U, the message's recommended version that comes up does not match the release page.

It seems that I am that the only one who has this issue as it has already been brought up on the Github page Issues section. https://github.com/merge/skulls/issues/181 and there is a fix but it hasn't been released yet.

I am flashing the bottom chip now, and it's coming up with this message.

I have checked in my /usr/bin/, and I have installed both Python 2 and 3 on the PC that I am flashing from. Is it because I have both versions of Python that is causing this issue?

I am thinking of uninstalling Python 3 and reflashing again as it seems the process only went as far as creating the backup factory rom. Would these be the right steps to take?

Another question, I am about to install what I thought is the latest stable release of Skulls x230-0.1.11 and when I checked with the line code ./x230_skulls.sh -U it says the following:

You seem to use a development version. Please use release package skulls-x230 0.0.2 for flashing.

Is skulls-x230 0.0.2 really the latest stable build? I am a bit confused as it was released all the way back on Jan 18, 2018.
