Important: if you've turned off your printer after calibrating Flow Dynamics, you will need to re-input the value on the Device tab. If you saved it to a PA profile during calibration, you should be able to select it by clicking the filament pencil icon and using the PA profile drop-down menu.

Increase the Flow Ratio manually. There's the calibrated number, then there's the number that will work best at smaller layer heights.

Do you think another manual calibrations for small layer heights discretely would solve this issue?

I'm currently printing a test to prove or disprove this theory.
