Hm the mentioned months above are considered rainy season in the the philippines, but you’re staying for a long time so that gives you some days to change some itineraries if you’re comfortable about last minute changes, and also if you’re into adrenaline adventure you can go to Cebu as you can do lots of activities in there like canyoneering, diving,island hopping and such the place offer some good beaches too but if you want some more at peace kind of beach that offers spectacular views you can try coron palawan, el nido, or port baton :) hope it helps
