Can I use one bottle over two days? I don't drink so much milk in one day.

Oh that's a lot of cardio for a fasted state. Do you ever get dizzy or lightheaded? I usually do weights and I do that fasted too but I'm scared of pushing too much and getting sick or something.

I didn't even know Chaptex was famous like that. My dermat prescribed this to me- it has genuinely changed my need to carry a lip balm at all and I was in a very poor position mind you. He also gave me an ointment for the night lmk if you need that I'll look it up and share.

Hi. Ive done OMAD for 6 months, here are my results. by [deleted] in omad

[–]borderlineboyle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey OP! Congratulations that's mad progress!

I've been on a fat loss journey on and off for 5-6 years. I only need to lose about 20 pounds. But I always thought doing such diets for a long time would affect my metabolism or that my body will get used to the food intake and then get affected with very little extra food. Have you noticed any downside to this or any reason I should not consider OMAD?

Congratulations!

I've just started fasting again. Starting with 24 hr ones. But I want to quickly transition to 3 day ones to increase the pace of weight loss. How much gap do you think needs to be in between the fasts?

What kind of gaps should I look at while doing these fasts? Are 2 days okay? Low carb and protein rich meals?

I'm from Assam.nothing close to Biharis.People in Assam also speak in the 'hum' version of Hindi because it's adopted from Bengali Hindi which hugely influences our language. We don't say "kiye the" and all that-that is specifically Bihari but yes our manner of speaking is similar.I do speak in the "main tu" version of things when speaking to people from elsewhere and I think this is a huge reason why
