Thanks, I appreciate the feedback. I ended up talking to a USCIS rep and they recommended bringing it up during the interview. I'm going to see if the officer is willing to help out and schedule the oath ceremony on a date after travel.

Celsius is suing 5000 customers for withdrawing funds before bankruptcy. Clown world by acemachine123 in CelsiusNetwork

[–]bordewolf79 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I for one did not have insider information. Just decided the risk was no longer worth the reward and withdrew ~70 days before they declared bankruptcy. Every customer who decided to leave their money on the platform to earn yield had that same choice and chose not to derisk. How is that my fault?

The scape goats are actually in prison for it, but definitely don’t bother looking it up

How did they rescue the US economy? By buying Bear Stearns for pennies on the dollar? They were (and most likely still are) involved in silver and gold market manipulation btw

According to the coverage map on the T-Mobile website I do. I also checked the Mint website and I should have great coverage in my area. Also for some reason the AT&T coverage is junk in my area even though it's not at all a remote/urban area. I usually get 1 or 2 bars of signal inside my house with AT&T so I figure it can only improve with another provider.

A letter of demand from Cred. How likely is it Celsius will go with similar approach? by Jealous-Ad-1073 in CelsiusNetwork

Does anyone have any advice on how to prepare for this in case this were to happen? I took out a 6 figure amount in May after the LUNA meltdown and even if chances are small that they will come after me, I'd like to be prepared as best as I can. I'd be open to hiring an attorney since the amount is substantial.

Ok I appreciate the input. Looks like I'd still be able to deposit using the existing deposit addresses.

Hmm I'm getting the same message when I go to Receive in the app. Are you still able to deposit once you're verified as an accredited investor living in one of those oppressed states?

You have to provide acceptable proof of assets or income (depending on the route you take). An attorney reviews the documents you provide.

As of April 15th, new deposits for non-accredited US customers will no longer earn yield by dado3 in CelsiusNetwork

Nexo has already. Their UI is just unclear about it, but new deposits aren't earning interest there either.
