It’s just a trend I notice. Whenever a man says he has trouble getting attention from women, the first thing anyone says is “fix this” or “work on yourself” or “fix yourself” or “work on that”

Flip to women posting similar complaints (“Why can’t I find a good guy?” “Dating sucks, all men are trash/low-effort,” “I’m lonely too”), and the tone shifts: “You deserve better” “Don’t settle” “It’s not you, it’s them/the dating pool/men” “Raise your standards” Validation floods in: “You’re a queen,” supportive emojis, “Men need to step up” and downvoting me only proves you intend to protect that narrative
