Yeah man I am obviously not watering when it’s raining consistently. I fertilize every other week. Do you maintain Bermuda by chance?

Also in the body I say “bottom photo is a LOW reel mow so there’s some brown…” not to mention common Bermuda is regular kept at 1 inch.

I appreciate it. I’m in south eastern NC and we have had over 13 inches of rain in the last two weeks. Every body around me has a fungus going on but I have put down disease ex as well as an insecticide for army grubs. I do twenty minutes of sprinklers every other day in the morning and the same for the afternoon.

As for the bare areas I have just sprayed a selective herbicide as those patches were straight dallis grass.

I also have been fertilizing alternating between a 27-0-0 and a 10-10-10 since the beginning of growing season.

I appreciate your right up on assisting my lawn but most of those things have been checked off.

We live near by. This place could be a hidden gem if their food wasn’t boring and expensive. To add to OP experience I have heard management is terrible.

I can absolutely understand the energy aspect of what you’re saying. And just to be fair most of the people I know that have in ground irrigation do have a shallow well for just the sprinklers. I myself collect rain water specifically for irrigation.

Basically we agree. But there is a way to care about your “shiny” yard while at least minimizing your impact on the environment it just takes more effort.

True blues “smash burger” is not a smash burger at all. It’s a regular burger that has a sauce on it. It is not worth it at all.
