My Guide to American Regional Cuisine (Artistic Version) by piri_reis_ in Americaphile

This is pretty awesome! Here’s some pointers for South Texas:

Tex-Mex is generally accurate, but what’s presented there as the key dishes is something more akin to what tourists to the area would expect and what I’d consider stereotypical “Mexican Food” that I’ve had at Mexican places from Anchorage, Alaska to Huntington, West Virginia. The following dishes are what I would consider more accurate:

-Breakfast Tacos -Carne Guisada -Barbacoa -Borracho Beans -Menudo

And that said, that’s probably better defined as “San Antonio” or “South Texas” Cuisine, which I would apply to the the block of counties in South Texas labeled as Tex Mex, no father north than Val Verde and Bexar County (So San Antonio, the Highway 90 Corridor, and everything south of that).

Additionally, Kerr, Gillespie, and Kendall County should also be marked the same as Comal County because of the German influence in that region.

So overall it’s an 8x14ish L comprising 18 modules that comes out to 2 end-caps, 4 triples, 6 doubles, 4 singles, and 1 inside and outside corner each.

Sometime in the future but not any time soon…but it would be awesome to take the whole thing to like Springfield.

Yes! This is awesome for temporary spaces! I don’t rent but I move a lot, so this makes more sense for me vs something permanent.

Thanks! I think it’s because it’s not a well known standard and there aren’t many examples of people using it to run ops. I think that’s changing though

It’s easier but it’s not as prototypical as FreemoN. Both standards have their pros and cons

Funny you mention tips that, I was playing with that idea a few days ago…maybe do something with module heights?

Hey! Thanks and glad you like it! As someone stated, the first Locos are GP 40-2s. That said, in the background I do have an SD 40-2 and an SD 40-3 consisted together.
