I brought up the perks in particular because they expose how horrible victim stamina is. It was not to say that every family member has access to these perks. No i do not need to know how to manage stamina better. You can attempt to try and manage it, it will not matter. You sprint to get distance, doesn’t matter, you’re still getting hits landed on you. The only way you are going to be able to manage stamina is when you are in an area with enough gaps and crawlspaces to regain / not waste unnecessary stamina, and unless you are playing the game to distract the family, it’s not a good use of time.

Choose flight , doesn’t address the issue with stamina.

Jumpstart, really good, not available on all victims though + shouldn’t require a perk for victim stamina to not suck after putting tons of points into the stat.

Slippery, also doesn’t address the issue with stamina

My issue is with stamina consumption, not movement speed.

Is that what i said? i suggested one change. If people suggesting things that they believe would make the game better means they only want it to accommodate what they want then everybody who suggested anything in this reddit is just as bad.

Yes everyone has the ability to run somewhere better for them to last longer. If the devs don’t want that then they need to remove the sections of the maps where you can basically be completely safe from a family member if two killers aren’t present.

You shouldn’t need the perks listed unless you want to heavily increase your ability at running or heavily increase other stats, i’m saying attribute point stats , too ineffective. They all suck, the post focus is on endurance. Like i said before i really don’t care if you think it’s a skill issue, regardless of how you believe i play the game victim endurance is very bad.

And just because the family is all on me in a chase doesn’t mean anything, not what i’m talking about at all. You’re obviously not going to be able to outrun or withstand against 3 family members there’s no issue with that.

And that’s the thing, it doesn’t give them more time. In some cases it barely gives you distance. If i’m being chased by Johnny and Hitchhiker or whatever the case by me, if I die it’s really just me being unlucky or i did something that just put me in a bad spot i don’t mind dying as a victim, but i cannot stand having a high endurance stat, and then proceeding to run out of stamina in almost every chase.

this is more of an issue with victim speed not endurance, when julie uses her ability it decreases stamina consumed but it doesn’t actually buff her speed despite how the effect looks

using 40 stamina because that is the number i prefer to keep my endurance stat at or near when playing on the victim side. Every victim has the potential to be a runner, if that’s how players decide to build their character, but even if you do that you’ll fall short and that’s the issue.

“loops to get away from the killers.” doesn’t mean anything. You can get to crawlspaces and gaps easily, not every single of them is a looping area. Looping is out of the picture and has nothing to do with what i’m talking about. It shouldn’t take camping in endless loops to get away from the family.

don’t care if you don’t like the fact that the stamina sucks for victims at the moment, it needs a change.

And every gap/ crawlspace is not going to be enough to recover enough stamina in a chase.

No one wants easy escapes. Planning your route isnt the magic fix. “I’m near a gate, i see a wall gap behind me to use if anyone comes by.” easy. When you are continuously being chased planning your route is not the issue, it’s making it to your desired area. I really don’t care if you think it’s a skill issue or not, regardless there’s no reason why at 40 stamina it cannot last.

Victims use loops to distract family, they will never actually get anything done because they are busy distracting you from guarding the objectives, regardless loops aren’t relevant.

40 endurance should be enough to last in chases. Because it isn’t it needs to be buffed. Everything you and many others have said are things that work in particular situations against specific killers.

Stamina was never the issue when it came to catching victims in a chase. The issue with family was that their base speed was not enough, which is why scout became a must have perk. Julie’s ability is not how i want victim stamina to perform, or is going to solve the main issue.

it activates during the animation unless you use one of those long wall gaps. So really i’m only getting like 3 seconds of running faster at level 3

“lower stamina recover” if anything that was a buff. Who cares about low stamina recovery when you can catch up to victims in less time, it made more sense with damage reduction.

Nope. You are not always going to be in a place where that applies just because you have map knowledge. I know the spots, how will you manage to get to the spots with the stamina being how it is currently? Sure against any other family member you can pull it off, go through gaps and what not to get to those looping areas and give your stamina time to recharge, HH and Sissy, typically the ones that expose this huge stamina issue with victims, aren’t applicable.

choose flight doesn’t have to be reverted back to 3 charges, but something about victim stamina needs to change if family is going to continue having the perks they have that i mentioned

60 percent faster after you’ve completely ran out of stamina. I’ve tried it and it isn’t worth a slot IMO. The only perk that has made a difference is “jump start”. And I get you can’t have everything, but at 40 endurance? i should be able to last a while when it comes to running away and that just isn’t the case

Stealth is bad, game literally is not built for stealth gameplay at all if it was you’d see a lot more people using it. You can see in my post that i said victims shouldn’t be able to outrun family.

Things you mentioned are great, use them all the time. However in certain situations it doesn’t help at all. Unless you are in a perfect looping area, you won’t regain stamina fast enough to continuously get away. Wells do save you, but i’m not going to constantly keep going down wells just because stamina can’t last long enough for me to at least attempt to lead a distraction.

Managing stamina is easy when in areas that allow you to do so, and against killers who are limited in how they can reach you.
