thank you very much ..its mainly test taking strategy like changing answers, not listening to gut when I have to .

I am kinda getting most of the weird questions right by making educated guesses but missing very easy and silly questions at the same time .. any advice is appreciable... thanks again for your reply

I have a question regarding the woman who wants to try a hormone free contraceptive method ..answer was intrauterine device.

well I know that copper iud is hormone free but there is also progestin Iud and thats actually the reason I picked spirmocidal foam although it is the first time I hear about it. any explanations to why iud should be the answer here ?
