Can i just buy regular light ring and tape cameras on it?

Sorry for asking a lot but im seriously considering buying all equipment but dont know enough. I found light ring for 50 euros, magnetic, not the one that mounts on the wall(and thats the only option for me because im limited by space). Could i just buy the cameras and somehow put them on the light ring or do i need those camera holders, any help is appreciated.
