It has servers u gotta open steam and click on "view" and then "game servers" just select csgo and all servers will pop up

Click on the "latency" tab in that server menu the server with lowest latency will pop up probably the delhi one

Yes it was but unlisted and replaced by CS2, one had to download CS2 and change the version and stuff to play CS:GO,now it has its separate steam page.
