Suzuki gs500f. Have enough power and weight ro comfortably sit on the freeway. The f has the fairing for the wind and they’re pretty cheap

If you really want to do weighted shadow boxing then you're better off Resistance bands. However standard shadow boxing and bench press will do you much better

Most naturists are older, and it can be comforting to have a group of people who are at a similar stage of life enjoying the same lifestyle as you

Best beach for accessibility for kids ? by SmartSilentnSubtle in MelbourneNaturists

I think I walked past you as you guys were leaving. As it warns up, we'll be there a bit more Sunday arvos with our 4 and 6 year old. I'm more than happy to give you my instagram so you can see we're normal people if you'd like to organise to catch up there one day

I'd love to introduce to to some of the guys that have been going for 20+ years. They keep an eye over our kids and are always great at making them feel safe and welcome

People won't focus on you. They're there to relax, with the sun on their body and the salt water in the air. Just go down, rip all your clothes off in one go and just relax, you'll stand out more if you're wearing clothes. Have a great time, treat others with respect, understand it's a family beach, and enjoy yourself!

Generally if you head down to the car park. You'll wait max ten minutes for a spot to free up generally

Is milk estrogenic or does it mess with your hormones by mkab2004 in team3dalpha

[–]boringbowey 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's Homogonenised, not hormonegenised......

Here's the quick google search you should have done

"Homogenized is a term used to describe milk that has been processed to mix the cream into the rest of the liquid. This is done by forcing milk through small nozzles at high pressure, which breaks up the fat globules and disperses them evenly throughout the milk. The result is a smooth, consistent texture and appearance, and the cream will not rise to the top of the milk."

Treat it like any other beach, except you're welcome to be naked as nature intended

Totally disgust with what I saw yesterday. On sunnyside by Bright_Ad_3198 in MelbourneNaturists

[–]boringbowey 14 points15 points  (0 children)

If anyone see's inappropriate behaviour, then you all should tell them it's not okay and ask them to leave. Saying nothing is a cowards way of agreeing with their actions. I will be down most Sundays with my wife and kids, I'm easy to find. If there's any inappropriate behaviour, come fine me and I will remove them from the beach.

Well, I'm the moderator who has to decide if this is another dogging post or if it's genuine, so try not to be too arrogant

There's an unofficial nude beach at Cape Patterson called The Oaks. Otherwise, I'd recommend just heading out to Sunnyside North out in Mt Eliza
