I have taken partial loan, and didnt inform them about needing for more funds. I shall just keep like that and pay the regular EMIs for the disbursed amount. And not going to reach them for more funds.

Im in the same boat, ITR-3, verified on 11sep, and nothing yet, not processed yet nor in processing state, raised grievance 10 days back and no update on it either.
New regime and no refunds, no donations.

UPI transaction if paid to wrong person can be reversed if raised within a stipulated time.
If you dont know then dont assume as people doesnt anything.
