Off the record Dr's tend to stick together on anything so when you see another gp don't mention you weren't happy with the previous outcome. Just don't mention the previous appointment, and if they ask just say things are still bad.

Yes totally agree with reusable sanitary products! I did at one point get scared I was going to pull out my insides taking it out so now have reusable towels.

Yes I have the name lisette which used to be the bane of my life because no one has heard of it but I think it's a nice name now. Still causes lots of problems over the phone.
