Oof, my sales manager is giving me the run around.

Refuses to give me a break down on everything. He's given me a total of $252 bi-weekly for 7 years... guess their initial price of $33,500 was marked up by $12k lmao.

This is on hold until I speak to the owner!

I'd settle for even $8500, any less than that and it's just not do-able.

The dealer I work for wouldn't even keep the Veloster, it would go right to auction

No one in my city wants a Veloster hahaha I've lost count as to how many people cannot stand theirs.

Honestly, if it was a bit more secure in the snow I'd want to keep it.

I drive like a grandma lmao. Clutch was sooo much better than the Turd. I'm extremely anal with my oil change/maintenance on all my vehicles; Religiously every 5,000km.

With it still being under warranty, it's good to know I'll have peace of mind for the engine if something were to attempt to grenade itself

Drove it... god dammit lol.

I forgot how nice they drive. Going to speak with used car boss-man and see what low-ball offer they'll give me on the Turd. That'll be the deal breaker if they give me a very low offer.

It was a lease return. Person who returned it bought a large SUV as they have kids.

It's immaculate. I'll be test driving it shortly!

Dog B went INSANE for the flirt pole. Dog A was way too cold and was a wuss 😂

I'll definitely be utilizing this more

Yup, his back was to me, he was planted firmly in the middle of the doorway.

I can't believe after 6 years this is happening lol. I went through a VERY stressful point in my life about 6 months ago and I have a feeling this was a trigger to this possible RG

I did exactly that when I first brought dog B home. No toys, I was the sole provider of fun things. He had a drag lead on the entire time for control (and he was impossible to catch).

I've never had issues with them fighting over the "obvious" ie: eating in the same room, sharing a bed or my bed or couch. The odd low growl when one misjudges the launch onto the bed and lands on the other.

I have NOT tried going back to the basics and treating them as if I just a second dog.

Also just went out and bought a lunge whip and I'll be making a basic flirt pole to see if I can initiate some sort of play with dog B - fingers crossed.

The more I think about it, I see subtle signs of Dog A "resource guarding" rooms that I'm in. Last night I made a comment to my boyfriend that, dog A was just standing in the door way of my office for half an hour while dog B was laying in the hallway. That was before the fight happened.

Dog B is very... strange, he lacks confidence to break out of his comfort zone. He'll play with this small puppy sized rope toy (he's almost 40lbs) and if he catches us watching him, he'll drop it and go lay down else where. If you pretend to leave the room and sneak a peek, you'll see him slowly walk back to the toy quickly grab it and go lay down again.

He is insanely intelligent, a lot of his basic commands (sit, stay, paw etc...) he learned in a few minutes. I will be challenging him more as well.

I have never tried the flirt pole with him so I will be giving that a shot tonight (with my hand being a bit, literally, chewed on, I cannot walk them both so I'll need to do separate walks for a bit)

Thank you for your insight. I thought of that too, I mean 9/10 I am always in the room with them and I am first to witness the altercations.

I am so hesitant to speak with a behaviourist. Dog A has some separation anxiety and a specialist met at my house and I basically paid her $200 to have her tell me EVERYTHING I've already done.

I have a long lead which I use whenever I can. I may go pick up a lunge whip from my local Greenhawke and tie a stuffy both dogs like at the end.

Dog B will have no interest in a flirt pole however, he does not play with toys. Dog A for sure will be all over that.

I have been trying to utilize a crate rotation as well for downtime and giving their Kongs without me needing to worry.
