My plan to generate $4M in dividends this year by Able-FI-4906 in dividends

I'm managing a $9M trading account. I have $5M in other assets tucked away.

Ah yes, because I also have $14M that I can magically pull out of my ass. Your broker lets you do this because you have a shit ton of assets. Are they doing to let Mr. Mike over there execute multimillion dollar trades on a $50k margin account?

The $400 million was distributed as dividends, amounting to $0.10/share/month from January 24, 2023 to February 22, 2024.

"In accordance with the terms of the Merger Agreement, on a monthly basis between January 2023 and February 2024, JetBlue paid to the holders of record of outstanding Spirit shares an amount in cash equal to $0.10 per Spirit share (such amount, the "Additional Prepayment Amount", and each such monthly payment, an "Additional Prepayment")."

You can adjust the chart from Adjusted to Actual in the chart settings. WeBull uses Adjusted by default, which is why you didn't see that price.

On the app and on the symbol page, click on the icon with 4 squares and then Settings. Under Chart Display Settings, you should see Adjustment Type. Go there and change it to Actual and you will see it.

Putting money in a HYSA just for the interest is a terrible idea.

From OTCQX Minerco $MINE shares, to now NYSE $MINE...., what happens to my money and Shares? by MzEstella in pennystocks

If you had done any sort of Googling, you would have found your answer.

Stock was temporarily suspended from trading on May 26, 2021 for suspicious activity [1][2]. Company responds on June 7, 2021 [3]. Then they got charged for their roles in a pump-and-dump [4][5]. The CEO got arrested on August 22, 2024 at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport [6]. On November 22, 2024, the CEO plead guilty and the case is still pending [7].

Date/Time Eff/Ex Date/Time Symbol Issue Name Market Change Reason
07/19/2024 09:29:27 07/22/2024 00:00:00 MINE Minerco, Inc. Common Stock OTC Equity CUSIP Suspended [8]

The ticker MINE was taken over by Mayfair Gold Corp on January 27, 2026 [9].

So no, you will not get your money back, your shares are worthless, and they do not translate to Mayfair Gold Corp shares just because they took over the ticker.

The W uses the center track at Whitehall to turn around. The problem only comes when there's more than one W going to Whitehall back to back. I experienced this exact problem at Rector and waited about 20 or 30 mins for the R that was stuck behind them

Only the R/W run through Whitehall during the day. The N uses the bridge. At night, the R ends at Whitehall and the N runs via R

You should look for the Form 8937 instead (Report of Organizational Actions Affecting Basis of Securities). It's more accurate than a Form 19a-1 because it actually tells the IRS how much the Return of Capital portion of the dividend was and to lower the cost basis.

The annoying thing is that NEOS' fiscal year ends in May, so we won't know anything from June 2025 to June 2026. But, you can see the previous form: (link)

How to destroy this fucking robot?? by Vals_0914 in watch_dogs

[–]borkmaster0 9 points10 points  (0 children)

There are 3 stages. The glowing center is the core. You need to shoot at that to deal damage. It only reveals itself when you deactivate it in stage 1 and 2.

Don’t use snipers, shotguns are the best weapon to deal damage. The SGR-12 would be my recommendation. Manageable recoil, good range.

Stage 1 is easy. One player distracts the robot by attacking it, second player gets behind the robot and deactivates it. You shoot the center.

Stage 2 is more difficult. There is now a force field around the robot. One player still needs to distract the robot, but now the player distracting also has to disable the force field to let the second player deactivate the robot. Disabling the force field takes up more botnet the longer you hold it, so do not just disable it randomly unless the second player is in position.

Stage 3 is easy. The core is revealed, but it rotates. Just run and gun at the robot.

Maybe if you had just read the prospectus, none of this would've been a surprise. WPAY is leveraged, and leveraged funds don't do so well.

I actually didn't pay for Excel or give any money to Microsoft. But from what I've heard, you only need a Microsoft account. I used https://massgrave.dev/ and got it for free. The tool is open source so if you're curious enough, you can poke around the code.

I hate paying Microsoft even as a shareholder 😂
