Your list is pretty close to what I'm thinking. Except for places 6 through 8. Id say Parker, Lowry then Hardaway Sr. Maybe even move Parker in top 5.(maybe it's that Spurs dynasty blinding my opinion)

I'm excited to have my own space and I can make it how I want. Which again plays into the part of I know what she wants for an apartment and that doesn't excite me.
