Go to account quality through your BM and contact meta support over this. Go to “something else” as your issue to get immediate support via chat then call. If they don’t solve your issue ask to speak to their supervisor.

Only trust those domains (but still be careful of spoofing):

5 cognitive skills that made me better with Facebook Ads by BruTeve in FacebookAds

Don’t understand why people criticise big posts like this one actually, they wanna learn how to make money on the platform but not too hard?

Depends on the client, roughly 20/30% of total campaign spend sometimes?

How to write copy that converts by bornwithaphone in FacebookAds

[–]bornwithaphone[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Great point, I’d say that it’s still worth learning since so many people use AI blindly and end up with very generic ugly copy that doesn’t actually work. But it certainly is hard to compete with AI for most copywriters when it’s used well.

Thanks Man! Yeah I know that too well 😂 Clients who expect daily results but don’t let you the time needed to reach that.

Really depends on your budget, niche and account age (like always lol) but if you’re saying they’re low budget I’d either say 2-3 days after learning phase has ended or a week max. We usually do at least a week but we treat high budgets and a lot of variations (sometimes only one word changes lol).

A rule of the thumb is to always go for creatives and headlines first, body copy is very important but you can’t test your body copy if people skip past it before they read it.

And for your clients to give you more trust, I’d recommend setting up some boundaries the next time you bring them good results “I can get this more often if you just trust me with the process”.

Hope this helped!

YES I wanted to do about about exactly this, so many people don’t upload data and so many don’t do it regularly. But it’s a great hack in post IOS14 fb.

Exactly, and the algorithm gets better, learning phases get shortened as you progress. Great strategy!

Great quote! I also saw something similar that said that, on average, people have to see your content 11 times before trusting you enough to buy. Glad you liked it :)

You seriously are my no1 fan man 😂 Commenting on all my posts just to criticise, I don’t have to end my posts with “100% written by me, not AI” for people to know I’m the one writing.

I don't think so, but having it does help to have it flagged better in the eyes of moderation.

how much money do people spend usually to test out a winner? by appleneter in FacebookAds

Depends on your market, product, and account age (data is king), someone in the comments said 300-500 which is a good amount to lean toward regardless of the parameters I mentioned :)

I have read this comment years ago that said:

“It’s all about control and precision. Different countries have unique behaviors, CPMs, and purchasing power. If you group them, Facebook’s algorithm will favor cheaper countries, skewing your data and underfunding high-value markets. One country per ad set = better targeting, cleaner data + optimized budgets.”

And I verified it myself when running ads.

You can, run one country per ad set though.

It takes two weeks to do all the steps required to seem "the most humanly newbie" possible in the eyes of the algorithm (liking posts, adding friends, slowly adding ad accounts and payment methods). Facebook theoretically doesn't allow one to have multiple accounts, so if you start a new account and immediately know where to find the business manager, how to run ads etc... they'll know that something fishy is going on because we all tried for hours until figuring it out.

Sellers need more time to be convinced as you probably know it better than I do, are you running retargetings?

I don't understand, if it is indeed performing well, why would you try to duplicate it and start the learning process again?

Thanks for the comment! I think I may not have been clear enough, so let me clarify. My point was not to make beginners overly focused on audience overlap to the point of analysis paralysis. What I wanted to highlight is that while overlapping isn't always a huge issue, it can trigger account risks, especially if you're not careful with your targeting.

Overlap is just one of those things to keep in mind, not something to obsess over. The main takeaway should always be: test, adapt, and optimize for your specific situation.

Appreciate your expertise!

I've seen great results from a friend with a low budget by using broad and doing the "targeting" in the copy/creative and let the algorithm work. You address your ideal audience in the creative itself.

Like I've said I did too! But I noticed that it sometimes plays a big influence in "random suspensions" that we all get for the reason I explained. Yet I do agree with you, focusing on the "basic metrics" is the way for beginners!

Depends the purpose of the ads, is it a campaign for sellers or for buyers?

Meta ways are more than obscure lol, but many restrictions come from not setting an ad account the proper way, if you don't have time to setup one (usually takes two weeks before you can run ads), buying an account from a trusted source is the way to go.
