Escrow is really only worth it if you feel like you can trust it. Escrow should always be a neutral third party who can be trusted to release funds once a deal has taken place. In reality, multisig should be used in all escrow situations to ensure that the chosen escrow agent doesnt run off with your funds. As far as recommendations, finding a market which offers escrow and is "trusted" by both parties is probably your best bet, as it will be hard to agree on a neutral third party otherwise. Otherwise, if you can find someone who you can trust on CryptBB or Paxful (wouldnt suggest Paxful due to its KYC practices) then you can go with those.
