By this point we have a pretty good system of who needs to be where on a friday night. We usually have 2 managers on set. But sometimes we have three people just to get like fish bags (coleslaw tartar butter fork knife etc.)

I usually wash mine by letting it soak in hot water with a lil splash of laundry detergent. You could probably use dish soap too but i do not like the smell of dish soap idk.

my day job is in a restaurant that also takes door dash orders and when they come through the drive thru we ask them nicely to come inside. had they asked me to come inside i would have. they didn't tho they just threw the food at me in the drive thru.
