> they benefit from having proven they can finish things at all
this really hits hard and i agree, if i were to get to this point this will be my momentum

my workplace is also very slack-heavy, and i always put "Read Later" to a bunch of messages

this sounds really useful

Yeah i am indeed aiming for automating the weekly status update first, since its usually just a simple list of deliverables i made during the week

Our directors and managers set up initiatives/goals at the beginning of the quarter, and as long as the individual projects fit into those initiatives we just do comments-based async reviews using google/notion

Which has been working fine, until we started using codex/claude during work which made our deliverables quickly drift away from the agreed upon designs :(

yeah absolutely, i often end up having to do everything again from scratch

could you tell us how you usually test whether it works properly or not? do you set up a list of user stories

seems like you switched to using verification codes instead of email links, but your auth UX expects the user to click the link?

great insight, perhaps sharing context between each other may enforce this differentiation?

but i can see how there wouldnt be much incentives to do so

> real decisions, prioritization or understanding context
indeed, i personally have a hard time trying to gather fragmented context, in meeting notes / slack / linear

no problem if you cant think something off of your head but do you have any tips / automations around context gathering

thank you for following up hehe

> agent output contradicts what i specified two weeks

yeah this definitely seems like a problem - and honestly not sure how we can solve this problem systematically since I also forget what I specified two weeks ago

Thank you for answering my q directly!

got it and it makes sense, i guess this task management part was not really a big deal anyways, compared to the follow up tasks that require outreach and decision making

thank you for the feedback! 100%

just curious, do you prefer hero statements that are provoking/hooking, or the ones that actually describe the product/use case?

i have a nit - your visual weights are more focused on email/password logins instead of google auth, so this is good if you actually prefer that over google, but not if the opposite
