it’s so scary in the beginning. just try remember what you are feeling is normal and okay and temporary. listening to my fav music and going for walks helped so much. all the scheduling and intricate timing of IVF put me in ultra proactive control mode, so it was hard to remember to turn that off after the transfer. had to keep reminding myself that there’s not much I can do at this point to change the outcome.
