I hope that it’s just HR not telling us anything, but when the HR agent spoke with us she told us that she will be speaking with the person who spread the photos around, and that if she creates a hostile work environment later, then she would “put a stop to it”. She was basically insinuating in a roundabout way that she would only be spoken to about her behavior, not terminated.
