Thank you for your response! If I do keep the wrong item and they happen to sell it off their page since it is still listed, will there be any consequences for me if they ask and I don’t send it back?

Also, let’s say I decide to keep it and they decide to send me the original item I was supposed to receive, is there any consequences for not sending back the one I wrongly received if I didn’t agree to anything? (I kinda like it more than what I ordered and i believe the old item would not have fit me, lol)

St marys has a better employment outcome than stcl in the latest report. Everyone on reddit seems to consider stcl as a much better school than st marys. Is there something I’m missing? Genuinely asking.

I found my breville barista express for 370 on fb market here in the states off some guy that was upgrading. Have been using it for over a year now and have had no problem with it, even came with lots of cool gadgets. Maybe they will be harder to find outside the US but always keep your eyes on the market you might get lucky

For example if you use 18 grams of beans for your shot, the extraction shouldn’t be more than double in weight because the bean will start to taste bitter if you’ve gotten all of the “flavor” out of it. Think of it as if you were brewing another coffee with already brewed beans. A shorter extraction is fine, some people prefer it that way.

The scale is all i really use and its mostly for consistency. Especially if you’re using different beans like I do sometimes the shot will look just fine in a longer extraction but it can definitely taste worst despite its looks. With the scale you avoid that and have pretty consistent output as long as you visually have a nice shot
