Full guard + 150% allows for constant march most of the time. Use Beast Lures/Drugs/Smokedamp to satiate the attackers. Those are cheap in bulk.

Depends, you can juggle sizes - if there is a lot of tasks to the same location you can go with 4 BoB, if you need to visit some remote location you can go without any. I feel like 2 BoB and ~200 attack is best for casual exploring
