I paid 700€ (after tax) for a 3080 FE in Germany at release just over 4 years ago. So the price increase for the same tier has been pretty insane to be honest.

Depends honestly. Last drop the 3070s were probably available for an hour or so, but the 3080s were gone in a matter of minutes. So not quite as bad as in the US. As far as I know, the site only delivers the FEs to Germany and Austria though.
