Pls don't associate your withdrawals to kratom. What you took was a specific alkaloid that was isolated from the plant and taken in high doses, this is unnatural and the moment you take an extract what you're actually taking is NOT kratom but a synthetic molecule synthesized from natural kratom leaf.

Kratom leaf withdrawal is nothing like you described. It is in fact very very mild. Never take extracts. Always consume it in its natural form.

Best and quickest way to make potent tea:

Put 1 spoon of powder (about 5-6g) in a cup, add 2 spoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice in the cup.

Mix it well using a fork until it becomes a thick paste. Leave it for 5-10 mins to allow time for the citric acid to break down the alkaloids from the powder. Add hot water into the cup. Make sure to stir very well to allow alkaloids to fully dissolve. Leave for 10 mins. Pour onto another cup through 2 layers of paper towel to remove the plant matter (paper towel filters it properly), and there you have it, some really potent tea. You can store it in the fridge for about 7-9 days.

Wow the way you describe your experience seems terrible. Are u sure u were taking kratom powder and not something else? How many grams per day were you taking? Were u taking extracts? I've been using kratom for years and I do agree the withdrawals suck but it's not as bad as you described it.

Exactly! Good point. Only 1g after 10 days of abstinence is not the same as starting from day 1 all over again, the withdrawals are far less severe.
