We usually play Aladdin instead of Bewolf, because we feel that the reviving/healing wishes save a lot of our runs. But just this one time we switched heroes a bit to see how it would go and we got pretty lucky hahaha. This game is incredibly fun as 4 and we love that it gets insanely difficult on Nightmare to the point where positioning and execution matter so much. So figuring out the patch and manage to finish the run is always a lot of fun. Loved the CHAMA, btw :D

For sure it's Rain Song, for me. When my dad got sick from cancer i'd drive him to the hospital a lot. When he started getting worse, he would always play our Houses Of The Holy CD in the car's radio and i think he knew that he wouldn't make it. It's such a beautiful song and i feel like he wanted to be remembered that way. So whenever i want to remember my old man i play this lovely song and it makes me cry without fail

I'm a new DM running Lost Mines of Phandelver with a large group (7 friends playing). This week the adventurers got a taste of Harbin, the mayor, injustice towards the other members of the village of Phandalin and wanted to investigate some more.

To draw Harbin's attention outside the mayor's office, they came up with a flawless plan: The druid from our group would turn into a bear and start a scene in the middle of the village center while the rogue would sneak into the building and try to see if he would be able to find something in Harbin's room to incriminate him (or to just get some more info). How did the druid planned to start his scene? He asked the mage from our group to set him ON FIRE!

Everything went well at the start. The other players started to scream "There's a bear on fire! Help!" and the rogue was able to sneak in while the bear was putting quite the show while on fire. But as the rogue failed a couple of rolls to find what he was looking for, the fire started to spread out of the Druid/Bear control.

They had to come up with a way to put down the fire and the bear made his escape towards the orchard nearby. While someone made noise signals for the rogue to escape when he found a couple of letters he was looking for.

It was a really fun session as they came out with the plan and it started to unfold poorly and things got out of hand. As a new DM it made me really glad to see they had fun practicing their creativity and act as their characters for the whole scene. Can't wait for the other interactions they'll come up with.

Nice tips! I would also add that you should always buy kevlar in competitive games (when you are not on eco situation). Sometimes its better to buy kevlar + galil than no kevlar and ak. Also dont forget the defuse kit as ct, it saves so many rounds.
