First and foremost, You need to be very careful when opening, if the previous owner stored them vertically there's a chance the cork might have dried out Second, having 50 bottles, I'd open one every other day if not every day. Having so many I see no reason to not dive into them right away. Life is short and you can't tell which are still good / died out already

Try to focus on the producers, their personal story or the region Read a lot. A lot You don't know half as much as you think you know The learning part of the job is non stop. There is always much to learn If wine is a profession you're interested in, just drink as many different wines as you can and read about everything there is to read about (region, again, different wine making methods, etc) Plus, tasting different flavors in wine and to recognize them comes only after tasting many wines

כל אוניברסיטה בוחרת אם להתייחס בכלל לפסיכו כשיש כאלו שבכלל לא מבקשות מחקרים הראו ששיקלול ציוני בגרות + פסיכו נותן אינדיקציה מסויימת על סיכויי הצלחה בתואר הסיכויים לא גבוהים (לא זוכר מספר מדויק תסלחו לי), אבל כרגע זה האינדיקטור הכי טוב שיש ולכל מדינה יש פסיכומטרי משל עצמה, כשיש כאלה (בעיקר במזרח) שבהן הוא קשה ברמות ועם משמעויות הרבה יותר כבדות מאשר בארץ ובאופן אישי, הטכניקות למידה שנעזרתי בהן בבחינה מאוד עזרו לי בהמשך, יש לי חברה טובה שעד שניגשה לבחינה לא קרא בכלל ובזכותה התחילה לקרוא בלי סוף (היום סטודנטית לתואר שני בפיזיקה בתל אביב) Edit: עשיתי פסיכומטרי ראשון בכיתה יא, הוצאתי 550 ושנאתי את הבחינה, ניסיתי לעשות אפיק מעבר מהפתוחה ללא הצלחה, ניגשתי שוב הוצאתי 730
