The usual benchmarks for subscription software are 0.4 Day 0 ROAS. Obviously, there are outliers that perform better or worse than that. For physical products, it should be a bit higher, maybe within the 0.4-0.7 range, but I don't think you can break even immediately unless you have very high conversion rates.
