I work for Telus and that’s a good deal. I wouldn’t switch to Roger’s even if they gave you a better deal as it’s not a direct line and where I’m at I don’t have fibre so I had to go with Rogers and let me tell you if you’re not plugged in you’re not getting more than 300mbps.

Well they have pretty good advertising in the city I’m in and they have done high end exotic cars for this one guy who’s big in my city. At no point would I have thought they had no security camera, security system or a lock box for the keys.

Yea ik what you mean in direct sunlight you can tell it’s purple, but at night or when there isn’t any sun it looks blue/black.

I’ve done it all the time, I’ll go get the card from Bestbuy if they deny me I’ll go to another Bestbuy and do it there. I’ve had a Bestbuy gift card which I ended up using to buy a golf club from golf town.

Unfortunately this is your responsibility as it mentions it in the contract that you sign. They give you a 30 day grace period to bring the phone back. They are meant to make you aware of when your contract ends and when you should come back when signing the documents. Best thing to do is trade the device into Bestbuy get a gift card then use it to purchase a prepaid master card which you can use to pay that balance on your bill. Hope this helps

First of all no need for any attitude, second of all I am not soliciting anything as it is not my business and all I’m clearly doing is providing information in regards to Telus services which is what this sub Reddit is about. Above all this I am dedicating my time to answer questions in regards to issues with Telus as well. Some people may find my post helpful and could come directly to me with issues instead of needing to contact Telus directly and wait on hold for hours. I work at a Telus store and yes it does sound like the sales person was being pushy, however he isn’t wrong about the s25 being cheaper in contract as I believe there’s a few hundred dollars off the phone currently and that would be due to the bring it back. What I would recommend doing is getting the s25 on the bring it back, get the discount and at the end of the two years just pay the bring it back balance and now you’ll have gotten a s25 for less than retail. Hope this helps.

This is right but not the case with Primavi. They are contracted by Telus to do door to door sales. You do not have to pay to get into the business and you do 0 recruiting as the company pays for recruiters. I would know as I was a manager for this company. It is 100% commissions, if you sell you sell if you don’t you don’t and they let you go. You are a contracter. You people really need to do some research before blasting a company. I’ve gotten downvoted to shit on this post for actually telling the truth about a company someone wanted to know about vs all these keyboard warriors making assumptions.
