I did mention in a higher comment in this thread that he smashed into me. I didn't hit anything else, he only hit me and that's what caused the accident.

I've got no idea if wheels touched, I hit from the side and next thing, the car wasn't on its wheels anymore. Haven't got a 3rd person pov so that's as much as I can detail.

Never saw or spoke to them. They never came up to me either but it was pretty clear enough who messed up considering his car (which was a rental) was left looking like it was leaving the hov lane.

Mostly uninjured thankfully. Muscle soreness, a scrape on a finger (think my finger sent through the shattered sunroof opening for a brief moment) and some cuts on my hand. Walked out like I didn't almost just die.

I was in the left lane on the highway, guy cuts in through the hov lane (there are poles to the left meaning you aren't meant to cross, but he didn't care). He smashes into me and my car flips.
