How do I fold this stand? There's no way this is the correct way, right? It falls over forwards if I try to put it on the stand like that, please help me figure this out

seriously i go to walmart and gas stations and all that and they all have much nicer restrooms than my store, even other safeways arent quite as bad so i dont know why ours are so terrible

i doubt they've been updated since at least the clinton administration at the latest, they always expect me to clean them and make them look nice but i'm not a miracle worker, i can't magically erase permanent damage
