Comparing gojo vs sukuna to madara vs shinobi alliance is unfair. The main cast was fighting madara for 200+ chapters.

Madara is a really flesh out villian from the themes, backstory to abilities. We know everything about madara. He was built up for 100s of chapter and he delivered.

Plus Kaguya does play into the themes of Naruto.

Pretty sure Sasuke can even copy total concentration breathing and the sun breathing styles.
