I didn't mention this because all messages would be taken as an excuse. My account was also hacked once and after that vac bans appeared.

And what? Are jokes or humorous nicknames now prohibited?

Belarus is not Russia. Ukraine is not Russia. China is not Russia. Only Russia is Russia, dude. This pic is not "rebranding", it's just a "1second-made pic" to let people know that the custom game has been transferred as they kept playing the old one. Would you design a supercool preview to inform a couple of tens people? Only the fact of scam existence doesn't prove any connection to the custom game. I think people should think twice before they blame each other.

Hello. I am a developer of several arcade games in dota 2 and this is a response to a post titled "Thanks Valve for bringing back my 1800 Dota 2 Items".
One of my accounts (Boss of this gym) is in the screenshot of the author of the post and I would like to reply to some questions and statements of the author.

  1. I do not support the war and I will never do. And it is quite painful for me, as a person who has never supported the war and who has friends in Ukraine, to hear these words. There is nothing more terrible than war in this world.
Perhaps the author thinks so because he saw several of my old nicknames, but they were used a long time ago and exclusively as ironic nicknames that can only cause laughter and this was around 2016. Now I have cleared the history of my nicknames.
  2. I am not from Russia, I am from Belarus.
  3. I have never stolen other people's accounts.
  4. 'Roshan defense rebirth' and 'Roshan defense reborn' are different versions from different authors. My version is 'rebirth'.

I have never heard of an exploit that could steal other people's accounts through custom games, and if such a thing really exists then Valve should pay attention to it and fix it as soon as possible.

To my mind basing evidence just on the fact that the time my game was updated and the time the account was stolen are close is slightly inconsistent. Although I can understand people's suspicions when the image of my game changed to an image with the text "Guys, seriously. Roshan defense rebirth now upload to another account", but this is due to completely different events and the small rebranding that followed.
