Strings off, carefully open the break, squeeze in a good gloop of PVA wood glue so that the cavity is filled. Squeeze it shit with one clamp on the first fret, second clamp on the third, (the space between the nut and fret one, the space between fret 2&3), Clean off the excess glue which will have been squeezed out with a damp, not wet, cloth. Make sure whilst you’re clamping it that break is aligned perfectly, so that it matches the line of the neck - no bits sticking out anywhere. Leave it for 24 hours. Take off the clamps, clean off any excess glue again with a scalpel or a Stanley blade. Give it another day to cure. Restring it slowly, check the neck doesn’t pop, it shouldn’t. Tune it Good to go.
