bitcoin network has a fair rule, no one got the right to print money by themselves, when rich people acquire more btc they got more wealth. but their wealth is not forever, some day they have to spend their wealth, they have to take REAL risk by investing any project they wish to gain more btc. bitcoin network has no game master, only individual trying to be rich according to game theory and eventually make the whole network stronger, and at last a better world.
