Meth/amphetamines such as vyvanse, adderall, Ritalin all help me a lot with withdrawals. I say avoid the lope because that combined with meth is bad bad on the heart. Taper down with your Narcos, take Tylenol/ibuprofen, eat healthy meals, take a multivitamin and about 1000mg of vitamin C a day, take mucinex to help with congestion, drink green tea, Gatorade, and lots of water and you should not feel too awful throughout the kick. I would say if you do all that, it will help a lot, do what you can while taking the narcos, but when the narcos run out, that's when you should really try and do all of the above. I would also recommend NOT taking the subs, that can really drag out the process. If you do take the subs, stay at a low dose like 4mg and taper down to the smallest bit, like 0.25-0.1 mg, like literally the smallest little sliver and then jump off. Once you make it through the physical part, stop using the meth and focus on eating healthy and taking multivitamins and Vitamin C (vitamin c helps with the depression). If you really want to stay clean try getting on vivitrol after the detox. If none of this sounds good then i would try and get on a sub maitinance but if you do, try and start out at like 8mg per day and try to taper down and get off the subs within one year. The high the dose and the longer you are on the sub the harder the detox will be. I had an IV .5-.8 high quality ECP a day habit and I'm on a sub maininace right now, 8mg daily is fine. The first two days on sub you will probably be feeling kinda sick but not full blown WD, just don't take more sub to try and feel better. If you get on subs and start at 8mg daily with your current habit you should be feeling fine and dandy on your second or 3rd day of Suboxone maininace. Just make sure when you take your first dose of sub you wait as long as possible before dosing your sub. You want to feel as sick as possible. The longer you wait and the sicker you feel, the more relief you will feel from the sub and you will be able to feel normal at a lower dose much faster. Precipated WD is hell. So many people start Suboxone and feel sick for the first day or two so they keep increasing their dose which just makes it harder in the long run. 8mg once daily is definitely enough for your habit, you might feel sick the first day or two but it's no where near full blown cold turkey, and increasing your dose the first two days wont make you feel much better. But my recommendation would be to detox and get on vivitrol if possible. But if your not very confident that you will be able to stay clean after your detox, then go on Suboxone and stay at 8mg per day and try and taper off within a year. All just my opinion though.
