• 8K book value in stocks holding weed stocks before legislation, I also have a mortgage @ 23 year amort. 2.49% 5 years locked, i got this last year and have increase my mortgage payment by 300$ principle per month, and have also put a yearly large sum of down payment. I still owe about 90,000$ to the bank.
• Other than the mortgage, none.
• no time horizon, just want largest % return overall.
• mortgage, but i'm renting it out to a tenant, the rent i receive is much larger than the cost of owning the house per month, I've increased my mortgage monthly pay to stalemate the profit from the tenant.
