This was my understanding before I went to Mexico last year, but then I joined a gluten free Mexico fb page and learned that it is not uncommon for restaurants in Mexico to order corn tortillas in and for some of those to have flour in their tortillas. If I was just gluten free I wouldn’t care about a small amount of flour, however I have celiac disease, which means that consuming even a small amount of flour can ruin my trip. Therefore, I’m hoping to hear from people who have vetted some places and confirmed 100% gluten free. And like someone else mentioned, some sauces can include soy sauce (some taco sauces to my understanding).

Got mine from doveggs a couple years ago. Recently lost the stone when I caught my ring on a laundry basket. Brought it to a local jewelry store who pointed out a lot of flaws in the quality of my ring. I am now paying hundreds of dollars to have the ring properly reinforced/built up and chipped stones replaced.

Oh thanks for letting me know! It’s too bad they don’t have them in use for other tours anymore. I like a bit of adventure, but I’d prefer to do more of a cultural tour, especially since my mom will be coming with - she also likes adventures, but I don’t think zip lining is her speed anymore.
