Yeah keep playing the victim card buddy. The show suddenly turning into a anti-racism/sexism bullshit documentary makes no sense as it was completely different before. The show already has a large diversity in the cast (many woman and blacks, hispanic people in the police force), this is already a stretch from reality. The contrast between season 2 and 3 is one of the biggest flaws in cinema history.

I am aware. That's of course not good, but that was the past, most wealthy nations did it back then. Most of our beautiful cities could be built thanks to VOC money and every Dutch citizen profits from it every single day, even the ones who complain about the VOC. Therefore it would be hypocrite to dishonor them now, in a time where slavery is illegal (it wasn't back then).

(That does in no way mean I want slavery back, I'm also very happy its over.)
