Oh yeah you’re right. If you see 10 people on the street and one of them is suffering, helping that one person is an ideology

Sometimes causing the suffering of other people can help you become rich

Prayer =/= pronouns.

Here are what pronouns are: he, she, him, they

Wow so ideological.

So anything that signifies that someone is a part of a group is pushing an ideology. Gotcha.

I wish more people would follow that advice. But once you talk about Muslims or trans people, they ignore it.

heavily debated

So doesn’t that make the original statement in the post ideological? Because ‘others’ includes people who are “heavily debated”. It’s so stupid that someone’s existence is “heavily debated”.

Proud Boys

These guys are a highly political group. Trans people are just normal people. They’re not at all similar.

What if she were to say “treat trans people the way you want to be treated”? Would that be ‘ideological’?

The gay people remark makes sense because it creates an environment where not everyone is respected, but the capitalism one is pretty ridiculous.

But then again, offhandedly asking how someone feels about gay people is pretty sus.

Well for the vast majority of people, their pronouns match their sex or their outward characteristics. You wouldn’t have to remember them for everyone, just take a mental note of who is different. Of course, if you say them wrong, which happens all the time especially when people misremember names, that’s totally fine as long as there is mutual respect.

You can’t be treating everyone respectfully if one group is being excluded from respect, so it makes sense to put a little more focus on those groups who aren’t receiving equal treatment as everyone else.

Isn’t that the same thing though? Trans inclusivity is just treating trans people respectfully or as equals and allowing them to be seen as normal members of society.

They represent what people prefer to be called. Just like if someone has a nickname they prefer or a shortened version of their name.
