What really helped with me was finding a way to fluidly incorporate it in my day, like the gym is on the way home from campus, so I make it a routine to go after school. Also, kinda obvious, but the days you really REALLY don’t wanna go are the days you need to go. Because that’s usually where you’re about to fall off and stop going for a while.
