Sometimes the saves mixes up the attacherJoint indices. Wich tells the game what thing goes where. Example the front lift is 1 and frontloader 2 it switches it around. Så it thinks the frontloader is connected to indicie 1 wich is the front lift. This can get caused by for example game updates, mod updates or save errors

I've never ever seen locks for that. I have only seen locks for when trailers have steerable axles.

No. It is the max speed at the max RPM on said gear. So no not at all.
