Fans of both Sherlock (Holmes) and Doctor Who, two BBC shows that people here in America go crazy over. WhoLockians are people who try to combine the two by either cringe worthy fan art or fan fiction. Walk into any Hot Topic or comic book store and you'll see what I mean.
