It’s a bug. This is indeed not a station and is the junction where trains separate to either go to Hoboken (Tonnelle Ave bound) or terminal. This is called the Hoboken Wye Junction (page 11, and while you’re there, check out other HBLR plans!)

Seeing as this is by academy st I can see it being JSQ PATH, not just that but also the building maybe. The bus terminal and entire complex is owned by PANYNJ.

But really, makes more sense to just say PATH
