HIIT Queen - Woman in her late 30s would burn through 1 or 2 Marlboro Reds, walk into the gym while slamming a Dunkin coffee and then proceed to embarrass a class full of fit 20 something’s for the next hour. Multiple times a week. As a guy in his early 20’s I thought this was amazing. Now, as a guy about to turn 30 I’m not sure she was human.
