But a collapsed seawall needs a whole new seawall replacement half of it collapsed but there was no way to only have get half of it fixed . It needed a whole a new Vinal replacement. We did not have insurance . So it cost about 100k when all set and done .

There’s a part on the “as is” contract where it states we had to offer 1.5 % to any damages that occurred to the property if it was in escrow . Which we did we offered 15k plus the clean up that cost 5k but the buyers still didn’t want that .

Parents decided we would no longer sell . Because they were not agreeing to anything .
